Debbie Rich joined the Real Estate industry in 1999. She has devoted the last 22 years walking clients through the buying and selling process of home ownership. In addition to her extensive experience of resale homes, she has worked in numerous new home subdivisions helping buyers build their dream homes and is very well versed in new construction. Debbie is a high energy professional, ready to assist and be the advocate to her clients. Buying a home in this market can be difficult, however Debbie helped me close on my dream home. Debbie made the home buying process simple. She Is extremely thoughtful, knows which questions to ask, and her experience is evident when walking through a home pointing out details that I never would have noticed. She has a wide network of resources, which helped me close on time, and had back up plans in case anything fell through. After selling a property in Eastern Colorado I looked to Grand Junction, as I was interested in purchasing a rental property that I might eventually move in to. While it is easy enough to scan listing sites like Zillow for homes, it is not as easy to evaluate neighborhoods and actual accessibility and “vibe.”Fortunately realtor Debbie Rich, who works with Grand Junction’s Coldwell Brokers had previously listed and sold my father’s home and I reconnected with her for advice. Not only did she steer me in the right direction, but she also provided some local context to my internet search which lead to me to quickly find exactly what I was looking for. However, the market at the time was very competitive and I was very glad to have had Debbie as my realtor. I have bought and sold a number of properties, but Debbie was able to make the process so much smoother by her experience and ability to anticipate some of the negotiation fine points. If you are considering buying or selling a home or rental property I highly recommend sitting down with Debbie as she will come prepared and informed. I believe she will present and provide real value to your process and I will personally be using her services in the future!
