Rhonda is the greatest! I first met Rhonda in October 2011 when I was in the market to buy a home near my brother in Clifton, CO. She did a great job and all went smoothly due to her expert knowledge and experience. When I contacted her from AZ to help me manage the sale of this house in February 2016, Rhonda was readily available to manage it all despite being bedridden due to her foot for awhile! I have bought and sold many houses in the past but no agent as terrific as Rhonda! She should be awarded National Realtor of the Year!

Rhonda is a true professional in every detail of her job. She took excellent care of all things that needed to be repaired and cleaned so we could get the home ready to be sold, she knows the right contractors to use and how to get the best price for the work being done. We have nothing but praise for Rhonda as our agent. Our meeting was by chance because our home was on the market and we wanted to see what was available in the area. Rhonda was patient in learning what was important to us and showed us a number of homes over a 3-5 hour period. One we really liked. We later changed to have Rhonda become our listing agent and again she displayed great listening skills in wanting to know what was important to us. Our rural mesa home was under contract in about 3 months (unusual) and Rhonda again showed us around the market knowing what we were looking for. Home one previously sold three weeks before ours, but we found another in possibly a better location.

This was an easy transaction. It seems that the market was short for this type of house and that it only needed exposure to be sold. Because of this and the end of season timing I thought it needed to be listed on the MLS to expedite. that being said after interviewing three agents/teams Rhonda and Ashley sealed the deal by quickly over coming objections I had. The closing costs were too high in my honest opinion, but I was motivated. If I use these two/Coldwell Banker again I would expect closing costs to be negotiated lower. I do have two houses to sell this spring and in addition to any other flips I do. They were very professional and timely. They did a great job! 9/10. Lets make 2016 great!!

I was refereed to Rhonda by Navy Federal Credit Union Realty Plus Program. She made contact within 24 hours asked some questions right away that were relevant to determining my interests in a home. She set up a few home viewings that aligned with the homes I was looking for. When I picked a home she was very helpful with the whole process guiding me every step of the way. The only issue I had was the contract didn't make it to my lender until 13 days after acceptance. It is a simple mistake in my view and can happen to anyone. It didn't cause any delays or problems in the long run. Very pleased with Mrs. Bever and her work ethic / experience.

would definitely recommend Rhonda.I’m the third person in our family/extended family to work with Rhonda. So, for us now, Rhonda is like having a friend on the “inside” that worked for us.She never left any unanswered questions, she was professional, informative and always had our family’s best interest at heart.She answered all my questions and e-mails promptly. She even called late one night during the process as she had come to know me and just talked with me as she knew I was nervous about buying a house. She understood why and could relate how I was feeling to a member of her own family. I honestly felt if I changed my mind and decided to go a different direction, even though it would have caused some major hiccups because we were in the final stretch, she would have still supported me in my quest to get a house and go a different directionIt took a few months to get my house in a different city ready to sell, finding the right agent for the city I lived in, doing upgrades, giving some of the kid’s time to move on, etc. She always kept in contact and did not give up on me. She even worried about me being able to sell my house before winter set in, which meant the holidays were just around the corner. I felt her concerns were geared towards the market slowing down during this time. She knew I wanted to move as soon as I could and did not want to see me face a setback if the real estate market did slow down.If I decided to find a different house in year or two, which I very well could, Rhonda will be the first person I’d call. I know she’d do everything within her power to help and support me.
