Hi, I’m Lori Mallon. Growing up in Fruita, and around my grandma’s farm just north of Fruita, has made me who I am today; “A hometown girl.” I have been with my husband for 21 years and we have a teenage son who is a third generation Fruita native on my dad’s side of the family; Brach. I love spending time with my family and enjoying many of the recreational activities possible in Western Colorado and couldn’t think of a better place to live and raise a family.

One of the wisest decisions you can ever make in the selection of a Realtor to represent you, is to hire Lori Mallon as your Realtor. This is why I make this statement. I found Lori to be very honest in all aspects of selling my property. Lori's integrity was above and beyond the rules and regulations required by law! I had been looking for a house to buy for several months and whenever I spoke to a realtor I was left with the impression that they weren't interested in what I wanted, just what they wanted to sell. That went out the window as soon as I met Lori.
She listened to all of my concerns, was willing to look at any place I asked about, and worked to improve her suggestions and the listings I looked at. A skill that I had found lacking in five previous realtors.
During the offers and closing she was on top of all the paperwork, stayed in contact, let me know when things were due, and was basically one of the best realtors I've ever had the pleasure to work with.
