Julie helped us sell a house for an elderly relative who had recently moved to a nursing home. We flew into Grand Junction from Minnesota and were going to be in town for 5 days. We met with Julie the day after we arrived and were immediately impressed by her knowledge of the area, preparedness and experience. Julie recognized our sense of urgency because we were in Grand Junction for such a short time and that we were spending much of that time visiting our elderly uncle. Once we listed with Julie she had the house on the market and sold in 9 days. We closed 30 days later. Our experience with Julie was great.
