Annette Hejl has been in real estate for 23 years in both the Steamboat Springs and Grand Junction markets. She was a top producer in the Steamboat Springs market where she helped developers and contractors through the process of their new developments. This included residential and industrial. One of Annette's most recent successful subdivisions was Adobe View North in Fruita, Colorado which sold out in 90 days. She won the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022. Annette has spent most of her life in Colorado, born in Wisconsin and raised in Meeker, CO on a ranch. She has been involved in numerous ranch and vacant land sales.

We had limited time to relocate to Grand Junction and sent Annette a list of 35 houses we wanted to see over a single long weekend. Annette planned an itinerary and we saw a dozen homes on a Thursday, another dozen Friday, and 9 more on Saturday. Sunday we revisited the ones we liked and made an offer by Sunday afternoon. Annette's hard work that weekend spared us a return trip and a lot of money. Thank you Annette!

I purchased my home in Grand Junction through Annette this summer. She is truly an exceptional realtor who went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf throughout the home buying process. She has a wealth of experience and is a poised negotiator with outstanding interpersonal skills. She took the time to get to know me as a person and represented my interests expertly throughout the process. Buying a home is rarely straightforward, and Annette's ability to deftly navigate and adapt to curveballs along the way made me feel at ease. I did have a very challenging experience with my lender which Annette dealt with perfectly and thanks to her efforts, we were able to close on time. She is also a lovely person all around who cares about her clients and is highly respected in her field. One thing (among many) that really distinguishes Annette is that she doesn't just disappear after closing - she has continued to reach out and check in, which speaks to her genuine dedication to client satisfaction and happiness. She has even made a few house calls, which I appreciated immensely. I can't recommend her enough.

Annette helped my wife and I buy our home in Boulder. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and almost immediately she was more of a friend than just a realtor. But as a realtor, she was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, hard working, and always available. She was committed to helping us find the right house, without any pressure to buy or to increase our budget. In addition, we were buying from out of state, which can be a difficult process. She assisted in every way, from doing video walkthroughs to helping us coordinate inspectors and workers. She made the process easy, and made sure that we were making a great investment. In the end, I highly recommend Annette, and I know that my wife and I will choose her for all of our Colorado real estate needs in the future.
