We have used Winona twice in the 7 years we have lived in the Grand Valley - and both experiences have been handled in a very professional and efficient manner. Winonas attention to detail and timeliness was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend her to friends, or anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Winona is a great relator to work with. She is very knowledgeable and documents things well. She patiently helped us through the process of finding an builder and then building a custom home. She made herself available for our questions and worked with the builder to ensure things were completed to our satisfaction.

Winona made my first home-buying experience a positive one! She never tired in finding listings that fit my style and budget, and was able to guide me through the process in a way that made it easy for me. Additionally, there were a couple of unexpected hiccups along the way that were discouraging to me, but Winona was encouraging and supportive. I will be referring other people to her, and contacting her when it's time for me to sell/buy!

Winona helped us buy and/or sell houses a total of four different occasions. Her skill and expertise are unsurpassed. She negotiated for us until we got the best deal whether we were buying or selling. Never could we thank her enough for all the expert and caring advice she gave us. Without a doubt, if we are in the market for a new house or to sell the one we have, she would be our realtor, hands down.

Winona helped us find our starter home, sell it 9 years later, and find a new home for our expanding family. She listened to our 'wish list' and helped us find the best available home to meet our needs, in a friendly, timely, and professional way. If we ever decide to buy/ sell a house again I wouldn't hesitate to call Winona.

Winona was very helpful, always up front with what she told us. Walked us through a double transaction that hit some snags due to the buyer of our home having problems. She was available whenever we needed her and worked very hard to get the problem resolved so we did not lose the house we were buying.

We used Winona to find and buy our home, then to sell it in a few years. We really appreciated Winona both times. From the first time we met with Winona, we felt comfortable. She found us houses to look at that she thought we would be interested in from getting to know what we wanted. She always found the answers to any questions we might have. She was encouraging and truthful, just the best!!

She was there in ever step of the process and never showed us anything other then what we asked for. When we had questions she responded immediately. I found a property I wanted to look at, at 8 am on a Sunday and by noon she showed us the house. She is fantastic!

My wife and I have had several dealings with Winona starting in the 1990's. She has worked with us on about 9 properties, 1 being my busniess property. We had very good results and have recommended her services to several friends and family. Everybody was pleased with the experience. She is very knowlegeable as to the current market. We have always enjoyed our time dealing with Minona. She has always made it fun for us.
Take note, not enough room in yr. of service space. We no longer remember all the address' of properties.

Thorough, responsive, completely professional, and a wealth of local knowledge, Winona made our purchase in the Grand Junction area a very positive, smooth process. From being available to show many properties seemingly at our convenience, to working through obstacles in the contracting/purchase process Winona's assistance was invaluable to us.
Being from outside the region, Winona's knowledge of local services and contractors as well as histories of some properties was a great help. Additionally her candor regarding some properties was refreshing, providing helpful advice in deciding on a property and how to proceed with the purchase.
VERY highly recommended.
